The United States Mint produces these proof versions. Each coin is sealed with a protective capsule. It is also mounted in a velvet case lined with satin complete with its own Certificate of Authenticity. This is extremely important for collectors so if you are not going to buy them directly from The United States Mint, make sure that it has this particular certification.
